: - An established web-focused company in the Toledo area is searching for a technical support specialist with a career focus on the Mac. - The person in this position will be the primary point of contact for technical support for staff in the Toledo area, as well as remote locations. - Must have 5 years support experience in a corporate environment. - A career focus on the Mac platform is required - Experience with design software is a plus (Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator). - Font Management experience is a big plus. - Successful candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of users. - Bachelors degree is preferred. - Candidates local to the Toledo area will receive first priority, however, relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates - Must be authorized to work in the US.
