The annual APEX awards, revealed earlier today in a special ceremony at the COMMON Conference in San Antonio, TX recognize industry leaders that have made valuable contributions to their customers and the market. RPG-Alive, a code editing and analysis tool for RPG programmers, was chosen by a jury of technical editors and other experts as the best product of the year in the iSeries programming utility category.

We especially saw that at COMMON where we met a great number of our RPG-Alive users. RPG-Alive was Profound Logic’s initial software product. Since its launch, the company gained more than 1,000 RPG-Alive customers. Profound Logic then delivered other innovative and award-winning iSeries software solutions such as RPG Smart Pages, RPG-Alive GUI, and iSeriesLink. All products, at least in part, were based on RPG-Alive. Profound Logic’s products are market leaders in iSeries/RPG/Web development tools.
