January 27, 2004 - The Human Relations Council of the City of Dayton, Ohio has made a determination to certify Roytman Information Services, Inc. as a Female Business Enterprise (FBE) in the City of Dayton Procurement Enhancement Program (PEP). This qualification is an extension of the original resolution made during a study conducted in 2001.

The certification is effective for two years, expiring on November 24, 2005.
