Roytman Information Services, Inc. Expands Operations

Company To Offer Offshore Technology Services

Dayton, OH, USA
January 13, 2004 - Roytman Information Services, Inc., the global provider of consulting and recruiting services in Information Technology, Management and Engineering headquartered in Dayton, OH, officially announces its new strategic alliance with PGP Program S.R.L., a Chisinau, Moldova based company, to collaborate in the areas of offshore software development and Information Systems support.

The new partnership will allow Roytman Information Services, Inc. to utilize PGP Program's experienced development team and offshore operating resources to service its US-based clientele. By working with PGP Program, Roytman Information Services, Inc. will be able to continue to provide its customers high-quality, economically priced services and further expand its presence in the software consulting market. Through this arrangement Roytman Information Services, Inc. will be able to supply outsourcing solutions for applications development and maintenance, and potentially step into the helpdesk and online support arena.

"We have observed a certain void in the software development market, where most of our clients are extremely interested in offshore technological presence, yet such services are either do not exist or of unsatisfactory quality," said Jena Roytman, Director of Business Development. "Although many companies have tried this avenue, not many have succeeded, which is evident by recent highly-publicized pullback of several top US companies from its offshore efforts. We have a long standing relationship with PGP Program management, and believe this cooperation will pay immediate benefits to both of our organizations and our clients. Moldova has been somewhat unexplored and presents an excellent opportunity for us and our customers based on its traditionally strong education system and low-cost job market."

"We have been working with Italian, Romanian and Israeli companies since the inception of our firm, and offering our services to the United States IT market is the next logical step," confirmed Igor Gladky, President of PGP Program. "We have been discussing this opportunity with Roytman Information Services, Inc. for several years, and with US economy on a rebound, the timing is perfect to take actions."
